It will be a waste of time.

This tool is only to be used for serious issues which you feel MUST be resolved.

If you are totally committed then continue.

If they are only a slight nuisance and you can put up with it, then it's not serious enough to use this tool.

This Page gives you a Process to identify your real issues and act on clearing them.
Also Clear negative emotions and thinking, limiting beliefs and fears.

These hold people back and prevent success in many areas of life.

They affect us in many ways:
Emotional, Moods, Feelings, Attitude, Behaviour, Spiritual, Mentally, Career, Relationships, Family, Friendships, Sports, Creativity, Business, Leadership, School, Academic.

They may be in the Future or from the Past.

This Process can help anyone.

From a Will Smith with suppressed anger management issues to an Elon Musk with difficulties in Astrophysics getting to Mars, or just being a good father to his children.

Think of it as self help in uncovering or understanding what makes you tick.

Does Meghan Markle really have a target on her back from the Royals?

Does she have a gold digger attitude or is it just a victim mentality?

The Answers lie deep inside her.

This Process could give her clarity too.

Only do this for yourself. Don't try doing it for another person. It won't work.

If you have trouble facing reality or you just feel bad or worse "going over the past", DON'T DO THIS PROCESS.

You could have many issues which you have been able to ignore and do not get in the way.

Only focus here on concerns which have affected you for months or years.

Not trivial or temporary upsets for only a week or so.

So here is the Process for self reflection and self understanding to identify any serious obstacles.

It is a practical Process which can greatly help even those who struggle with communication in expressing themselves or their emotions.


Below there is a long list of issues and Phobias to check through.

Step 1. Think about it and begin.

Go through and check/mark yours, if any. 

Select only those items which are really important to you.

You need to be empowered by eliminating or reducing your obstacles in life.

It will help you target and move forward to Clear any of these unresolved underlying issues.
